Frequently Asked Questions
KSS requires the following items on all submissions:
- Completed Acord applications.
- 3-5 year loss runs.
- Supplemental application (if required).
- The expiring premium and a target premium.
- A list of markets that have already been approached.
- Please also include a cover email with reason for submission, including noting if this new business to your office or a controlled account, looking for better pricing, coverage etc.
Once you are appointed with KSS, one of our marketing staff will be assigned to your agency. Our marketing team is awesome! We work in teams, so when your primary account manager is out of the office, another account manager will cover without missing a beat.

Once a submission is received in our new business email, a file is set up and the submission is emailed to your assigned marketing person. They will review and contact you for additional information. The submission will be marketed as soon as possible and results communicated to your office.

We offer High-End Personal lines – Chubb, AIG Private Client, Premier and Lexington, Nat General, and Ironshore.
All new business, renewals, policy changes, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements are forwarded by our automated system via email. We require a single contact email for your office in order to deliver your documents. If more than one person in your office will be submitting /servicing business, we strongly suggest you set up a “generic” email address to receive our emailed documentation (i.e. KSSmail@youragency.com) so it can be properly distributed in your office as our system is limited to one email address per agency.
All policy changes must be submitted on an Acord Policy Change Request form. Please send your change request to our processing email: email@example.com. Please note: we cannot accept an email as a policy change, they must be on an Acord form.
Our appointed agents are allowed to issue certificates of insurance and only need to contact our office if coverage additions or quotes are needed. Once you issue a certificate, please remit a copy to our office via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Claims are submitted directly to the KSS claim department. You can report your claim by phone or submit via email to KSSclaims@keevily.com. We report the claim to the insurance carrier. Our claims department will keep in contact with you and the carrier on all first-party claims, as well as provide updates on 3rd party claims when new information is received.
All carriers have 800 numbers for direct policies located on the billing invoices and cancellation notices.
